Begin exploring your relationship with food by completing a 3-day food log and objectively evaluating that lifestyle. Is it sustainable and inviting? Sometimes viewing the problem objectively will clarify the limiting factors that complicate that behavior. We can discuss together if it seems sustainable or what other approaches could be addressed

Target Specific Issues and test specific situations

Imagine situations that will test your lifestyle approach to eating. Will it be hard to travel and stay on track? Could you do this day in and day out consistently? Would you limit or shy away from situations that will be hard to adhere? A great question…. If you can’t do your approach for the rest of your life and enjoy it, it’s probably not correct.

Through a collaborative effort, we can scientifically learn what truly limits or hinders your health or quality of life. Sometimes we want to simplify the issue to one thing, and unfortunately the body doesn’t work like that. One issue will referrally impact another, and we have to remember this. Health isn’t hard, it’s just really hard to find the root cause to address. Let’s make a plan for you, and not what the rest of the world thinks you should do. You control you and the first step toward that is finding your own controls to base change off of. There are many ways to live a healthy life and the better you define that for yourself leads to the best chance to improve that for the future.
