Without the knowledge of what those variables are, we can be scared of change. We target the true root cause and know the target goal we work toward.

    If we don’t have a goal, the work will be limited. When you address your own health and fitness journey you’re empowered to see the goals you want, and the path to get there. It MUST be fun and must create joy. The point is to know ourselves enough to embrace the unknown and that’s true strength and confidence.

The best coaches can be the cheerleader and the drill sergeant. they aren’t defined to one role and they help that person see the true potential inside them. those coaches don’t just teach, they help understand the change and how to take pride in that. they solve problems and motivate you with a ton of heart and a big smile.
