Personal training, nutrition, or coaching work is all 75/hour and you can build that into 1x Week training or even preferably 2X Week. Every zoom consult, in person workout, or hour spent together is the same value and tangible education to bring you closer to your goals. My focus is able to shift to each clients individual goals, but because it’s all part of the big equation, my time and charge is the same. Whatever you need, we can tackle it.
